Transformative programs across prisons, schools, police departments, and communities — turning disciplines into destinies.
Dr. Shweta Nema is emerging as a creative leader and pioneer of mental wellness through yoga. Her sessions are not generic — they are uniquely designed with creative methods to address the specific needs of each group: students, police personnel, government officers, political leaders, and prison inmates.
From schools to police departments, from prison walls to hospital campuses (including a Netra Yoga session at Dada Virendra Puri Eye Hospital, Tilwara), every session is a step toward healing society from within.
Dr. Shweta Nema is a ray of hope behind bars — turning prisons into platforms for positivity. Through yoga, meditation, life-skills training, sports events, and the celebrated Anand Mahotsav (Festival of Joy), the foundation awakens the human spirit inside prison walls. "Being behind bars doesn't mean life has stopped. True transformation begins when the mind is set free."
The foundation has conducted programs across 25+ prisons in Madhya Pradesh, including yoga, volleyball, kabaddi, tug-of-war, and cultural performances — empowering inmates through games, discipline, and a spirit of unity.
Sports are a powerful vehicle for personal development and community bonding. Siddhatva Foundation organizes sports events inside prisons, schools, and communities — from volleyball and kabaddi tournaments to tug-of-war and running races — promoting teamwork, healthy competition, and emotional well-being.
These events provide participants with a sense of achievement, camaraderie, and belonging. The purpose goes beyond games — it is about "Empowering inmates through games, discipline, and a spirit of unity."
Anand Mahotsav — meaning Festival of Joy — is not just an event, but a movement of healing, transformation, and rediscovery. Organized across various prisons in Madhya Pradesh, it brings light, laughter, and liberation through culture and compassion. Inmates participate in music, dance, art, and self-expression.
Beyond prisons, cultural programs and community celebrations — including Diwali Deepotsav in slum areas near Juvenile Justice Court — reflect the foundation's belief that "Joy must reach every corner, even beyond home."
Dr. Shweta Nema has initiated self-defence training sessions across multiple schools in Madhya Pradesh, teaching girls basic to advanced techniques including traditional Lathi-Kala (stick training), situational awareness, and strategies to handle threatening scenarios. These trainings build physical protection skills and create strong psychological impact.
Classes are conducted on-ground in rural and semi-urban schools, reaching communities where such opportunities are often limited. "Empowered girls build empowered societies. Safety is not a privilege, but a right — and preparation is empowerment."
Understanding that police officers are the frontline warriors of society — constantly under stress, yet expected to remain calm and just — Dr. Shweta Nema initiated powerful yoga and meditation workshops across various police departments in Madhya Pradesh. This includes free yoga for police recruits during training, and special sessions for lady police officers.
Sessions focus on building physical stamina, enhancing mental clarity, developing emotional balance, and using candle meditation for stress relief. Her efforts have been felicitated by several police departments. "A calm mind and a fit body create the strongest shield in uniform."
Siddhatva Foundation has turned tree plantation into a movement — awakening society to protect, preserve, and promote a greener future. "When you plant a tree, you plant a hope — a hope for cleaner air, greener earth, and a healthier future."
Beyond plantation, the foundation celebrates Diwali with underprivileged families in slum communities, organizes Sunderkand Path at old age homes, conducts Children's Day awareness workshops in police lines, and leads the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan through grand roadshows and school campaigns. Human rights awareness programs are also organized in collaboration with the District Legal Services Authority.
